Branch Out Yoga was founded on the belief that people want more out of their yoga practice than just a drop-in fitness class. Branch Out Yoga is a community hub where yoga is more than just asana (postures). Self-exploration is the key and encourages life-long practitioners and beginners to hurdle their fears, transcend the tensions of every day life and immerse fully in the preset moment.
We are committed to helping each person find his or her own path and find their truth through the ancient principles of yoga philosophy and practice. The studio offers classes 7 days a week to students of all ability levels. Classes fall into one of four categories:
Foundation - taught workshop style and are teaching based
Flow - Movement based Vinyasa style yoga
Hold - Posture based Hatha style yoga
Renew - Gentle and releasing styles of yoga
We also hold open studio hours each week where students can come as they are, ask questions, take a tour, and get instruction on which classes are best suited for their needs and goals.
